Customer service very poor. Especially the older Caucasian lady with glasses who works mornings and usually opens up. She is very Rude, and acts like she has a attitude majority of the times. I mean it's hard getting stuff behind the counter from her cause the whole time she huffs and puffs like she don't even want to get your product. She is the worst attitude and people skills. I Don't even go into the store if I see her behind the register. And this isn't just a one time thing it's a regular with her. I Almost think she is racist or something.

Good afternoon, My name is Emmanuel St. Vil and to who this message may concern I'd like to speak with a corporate representative about a dispute involving one of the managers here in Locust Grove, GA. I was an employee for 3 days and only received payments for 1 day, when I went to the job to collect my payment I noticed it wasn't the amount that was promised to me and the excuse that was given to me was that I had taken an hour break and that we technically don't get paid for training which was a lie. The time that was documented an "hour break" I technically was off the clock and Felicia(Supposedly an HR manager) informed me that it was okay and that she was going to let the store manager(Nida) know that I actually completed a full shift just forgot to clock out. During training I was treated with disrespect by Nida(Store Manager) just her tone alone and how she spoke to me in front of other customers, her level of patience is not something to a company's standards knowing that the store is short staffed as it is. I was left in the store a full shift alone without ANY acknowledgement use of the stores light switches and functions and it caused customers to become impatient which I've handled the situation quite well. But I have NOT receive my full payment for the days I've worked and it's nerve wrecking that I've been honest with this manager(Nida) since the start to receive foul treatment. They have absolutely NO patience and I wish to be in contact to explain more before I proceed with legal actions with my lawyer. I feel robbed of my time and money and want ANSWERS. Please, feel free to contact me at my email @ [email protected]. The exact store location is 2800 Tanger Blvd, Locust Grove, GA. 30248 Thank You!

I have purchased gasoline at this location for 10+ years. That ended as of today. I will never spend another dime at this establishment. I filled my vehicle with gas and ran a few errands and came back to put some air in my tire. I had to go in and ask to change a dollar bill into 4 quarters to use in the air machine. I asked the cashier if the air machine worked and pointed in the direction of it. He said "yes it does" so I went out and put my money into the machine. It did NOT work as he stated. I went back inside and told him it didn't work as he claimed. He looked at me with a grin on his face and said "well that's your mistake, you shouldn't have put money into it"... I reminded him that he told me it worked. He then said "no it doesn't work, but the machine on the other side of the building works so it was my mistake not his." I reminded that him I had pointed in the direction of the machine in question before trying to use it, and he still said it was my mistake and that I had just lost my money. I started to leave, but told him I would be contacting the station owner and making a complaint. He literally yelled at me and said "OK here's your money. I'm only giving it to you so you will leave, and told me not to ever return to purchase anything else there. He will get his wish of my never returning, but his boss will know exactly why. The owner won't be pleased because I have been a loyal customer and he knows me from years of buying gas there. From now on I will go to the other BP station in Locust Grove.

The customer service isn't so good but it's on my route and I don't have to fight traffic to get in & out.

I didn't get gas though I have before; my reason for stopping was to get some drinks and a snack.
