Customer service very poor. Especially the older Caucasian lady with glasses who works mornings and usually opens up. She is very Rude, and acts like she has a attitude majority of the times. I mean it's hard getting stuff behind the counter from her cause the whole time she huffs and puffs like she don't even want to get your product. She is the worst attitude and people skills. I Don't even go into the store if I see her behind the register. And this isn't just a one time thing it's a regular with her. I Almost think she is racist or something. ~Toko

Well I just lost all respect for this store. I have an unconventional work schedule. I could come in as early as 3 am. This was the only 24 hour store in Hampton. Now they are closing from 11.pm to 5 am... Thanks alot ~Dwight

I give this store one star mainly due to the fact that Donna is still rude and miserable to everyone. Nothing has been done about this lady’s rude behavior despite the fact that customers have complained about her attitude for the last four years. Some people have a bad day, but every day she is miserable. No one wants to deal with that every time they shop there. I avoid her when ever possible. If there were a dollar tree anywhere closer to me I would not shop at this location. ~amanda

Loved them! They called and had my prescription transferred twice from another pharmacy the same day I needed it. They were so friendly and accommodating. I found my new pharmacy! I loved this full service gas station, which I found by chance. I was making an exit to refuel and hay QT in mind. As I am driving into QT which was very busy with cars waiting to refuel... I looked around for other full service stations and spotted Marathon. I drove around the back road of QT and drove into Marathon. I made a wise decision, and loved the place! Very clean facility with great customer service. Great prices and to my surprise a Dunkin Donuts attached!😋 Will continue to refuel when traveling again. ~Robert
