I would like to say Debroah is Awesome Worker she Greet's all Customer's and she really knows her stuff if Dollar Tree doesn't have something you're looking for she'll try to help you look or she'll straight up tell you it's on the next truck she puts a smile on everyone's face ... 🙂

Very disappointed. All items used to be correct size for $1. Now, for a buck, you may get a fifth of what you once got. Also, Dollar Tree is changing their name to something like Dollar Tree Plus. What a crying shame.

I give this store one star mainly due to the fact that Donna is still rude and miserable to everyone. Nothing has been done about this lady’s rude behavior despite the fact that customers have complained about her attitude for the last four years. Some people have a bad day, but every day she is miserable. No one wants to deal with that every time they shop there. I avoid her when ever possible. If there were a dollar tree anywhere closer to me I would not shop at this location.

I love Dollar Tree! It's like going to the ole mercantile store to shop for a wide variety of survival and aesthetic needs where people who are poor and needy, yes, I admit it, can get what they need, all for a dollar each... I'm really thankful for a store of this caliber... The staff are friendly and helpful! And I love the way the store keeps up with the times and seasons... Dollar Tree lifts the spirits and gives hope to those who don't have much to live on, and makes it possible to do a little better than survive... Thank you!

Dollar Tree really needs to replace the older blonde lady who is so miserable. She constantly complains, if you ask her a question you’re bothering her and she talks badly about each customer as they leave to the other customers in line. She’s been there forever but has the worst customer service skills and hates her job.

Wast this location 1-2-11. one employee at register 2 sitting in office laughing. After the line got long cashier asked for help when the lady came our acted angry that she was being disturbed & had to work. Stock was sitting on carts. Instead of having fun in the office please have then put up stock. Went to Forsyth Ga. to shop. Crazy...

I didn’t get her name but the entire time I was in the store she was complaining loudly about how long the line was and how she wasn’t getting any help. A customer went to tell someone she needed help and she complained even more about how they weren’t coming fast enough. She was even telling customers not to yell at her. I don’t know what was happening but she was not in her right mind and it made shopping a headache. This has happened more than once with her. People have complained about her many times. The cashier Shannon was nice but her co-worker is a hot freaking mess. I’ll still go to this Dollar Tree because it’s close to home but there are several employees there who are on edge and it’s stressful sometimes to go there because they are so miserable with their job. I don’t what happening there but it’s a show.

“Regarding my encounter at Dollar Tree in Locust Grove. I was in the store today 6/17/20 around 3:30 pm to acquire a few items. There were only two employees on duty, one employee attending the cash register and just one other stocking items. I entered into the check out line and very shortly after discovered that the line grew to approximately 20 customers in line. After a few minutes I heard the cashier ring the bell for assistance on the other register. After several minutes pass, the line was still at a standstill and we were all a little disturbed by the wait. I politely asked the customer behind me if she could hold my space for me while I seek assistance from the other employee. I politely said excuse me to the employee that was stocking the store and said, “could you help the cashier with the line, There is an extremely long line. She holds up her hand to me and said, “no I can’t! I can not ring anyone up until I finish stocking. I thought the excuse was unacceptable with the enormous amount of customers in line and ask for a manager contact information. She then stated that she was in fact the store manager. I then stated that I would like contact information for her immediate manager and that I needed to let that person know the situation taking place in their store and she rudely said, “go right ahead I don’t care”. I also informed her that I would also let them know how rude she was, again replying, “so what, go ahead. I returned to my initial spot in line and then I noticed that the rude employee had gone to another available register and said next in line. As the two customers went over to her line, I followed. She then yells out, “NOT YOU! I’m not ringing you up!. I said are you refusing me service? She says again, I’m not ringing you up and you can leave the store. I replied, “that I will absolutely have my items cashed out and I will go to the other register. She then says, oh shut up, you can shut up loudly and immediately after says in a low tone but loud enough for me and other customers to hear her call me the derogatory word “Bitch”. After she caused a scene, discriminates against me, uses unethical behavior and derogatory words towards me, she only assisted one customer out of the 20 that were standing there and proceeds to go in the office and does not come back out until approximately 10 minutes later. I politely asked the other cashier for the regional store manager information and corporate information. The cashier thanked me for speaking up and asked me to please call corporate because that particular store manager behaves in the manner all the time and she receives little to no assistance as we could all see by the number of customers in line. I received at least five verifiable witness information from other customers in the store including the other cashier who witnessed this behavior from this employee I have been a resident of Locust Grove for the past 4 years and frequently patronize this particular Dollar Tree on numerous occasions and never felt disrespected and belittled in the manner that I was today. There should never be a reason that a Dollar Tree employee should use offensive and derogatory words towards a customer and discriminate against them simply because they did not agree with their request for assistance. On behalf of myself, the other employee and other customers, this employee deserves immediate termination. If you can assist in exposure in this matter will be greatly appreciated. Deeply violated, Toya Westmoreland”
