Verizon stores are turning into trash...rude employees, no helpful info, i need a new phone but all the guy at who helped me did was kept repeating something about changing my phone number to get get deal on a stupid iPhone after I said no Apple products and just stood there and stared at me after he was done rambling on,they don't want to help anyone in store all they do is hand you a sheet of paper with 10 numbers on it to call and why even have a store if you can't keep any of the phones in stock.

Rude staff. I walked around the store for 20 minutes and no one said hello or can I help you.Tyler was very rude. Everyone brighter than me was greeted immediately. Take your service to the Verizon store across from Oakland University, they are very friendly and helpful

We were in on Monday and I can't remember his name who helped us, but he was amazing! He was very informative, nice and just an overall good guy. Definitely a wonderful experience for us!

After a rough start with a VZW associate who wasn't helping my 75 year-old father set-up his phone (iPhone 11 to iPhone 13) , manager Dustin came to the rescue and gave top notch customer service. I couldn't believe the attitude I received from the other associate, but when Dustin came in to help us: he was clear, supportive, articulate and got the job done. Hopefully the other employees can learn a thing or two from Dustin's exceptional customer service. I understand that times are tough, and everyone seems to be on edge with everything, but Verizon was always known for superior, high-end customer service. Not so much anymore. Hopefully, others at VZW will follow Dustin's lead, because he's amazing.

Don't go here without an appt. I spent 30 minutes in the store ready to buy a new iphone and not a single rep said hi or I'll be right with you. I couldn't even get someone working there to make eye contact with me, so I left. Take your money to another store. The folks at the Verizon store by OU were way nicer and efficient.

2/7/2022, bought iPhone and traded in my Android. The sales rep couldn't xfr data from old to new phone, so mgr tried and also couldn't do it. Mgr said it's very difficult because data is going from one phone type to another. At home, i got process to start on my own. After 17 hours, i get error message. Returned it the next day, they charged me $50 restock fee. Waste of time and $.
