Disgusting gas prices compared to everyone else. If I didn't have a gift card I would have never gone there 50 Cent higher than every other gas station in the area. Never again!

Tried to buy lottery tickets Elise said no...I close in 10 minutes. But you're open now? Not coming here again.

Always closed even during business hours. Sometimes it’s open but the lady that works always looks like she hates her life. Worst gas station ever.

No masks.... went back a few weeks after receiving BP’s corporate response. No masks, no action taken. Staff, and patrons. Last time I’ll be there.

Can't these people care about their customers and wear a mask? Two employees put them on when they saw me come in and two others (managers) didn't. Scum bags.

If you care about people adhering to the face cover order don't stop here. They literally don't care. If you don't care this is your spot. I'm working next door and have went in this store several times in the last few days. No one covers their face here and the employees don't enforce the order. The signs are on the door but as far as them having the courage or awareness to enforce it they don't....

Today I was out and about in Fenton. Thinking my friend was working I stopped in to say hello and get a drink. While there and noticing she wasn’t working I used the restroom as I was heading to my car to grab my wallet which I had inadvertently left in my coat. Your cashier felt the need to say “don’t come back again if you’re not going to buy something. I thought you were doing more than using our restroom or I would have said something when you walked in” I explained I was getting my wallet but would no longer be buying something as her attitude and rudeness had changed that completely. Then when I asked about the manager she got defensive and told me “to learn how to take a joke” she wasn’t joking. She was rude, I’ll mannered and meant what she said. I’ve stopped in that station for years without any issue until this one. But as long as she is employed I won’t be back for gas, snacks or anything. Her customer service skills are next to nill.

I'm not quite sure how this location gets away with illegal inflation. This gas stations prices are an average of 30-40 cents higher than anyone else around including the other BP that's less then a mile away. Today it's a 36 cent difference. A gas station in Fowlerville got in trouble for this same thing. I think it's the attorney General that is in charge of illegal inflation.

March 30th I was pulling into this BP gas station to fuel my car. I hit a very large pothole and it punctured my tire. I went into the BP gas station and told the PB representative that I did not want their service to be hindered by potential pothole damage. There was someone in line behind me that stated the large pothole has been there for a very long time, and that he has to dodge it frequently. The BP representative stated that it was the city's property, not BP's. I contracted the city and they were very quick to respond to me and kind. The City of Fenton stated that it appears to be BP's property. I tried to call the manager of BP and left a message I
