Went in to upgrade a phone on my account for a Christmas present. Was told that I couldn't take the phone without activating it first. If that is indeed the case, go to a cooperate store rather than a retailer. If the employee would have been straight with me and said to go to the Owen rd store, which is a cooperate store, I could get the phone and not have to activate it until I was ready, closer to Christmas. I wasted about an hour and a half running around. Bottom line, went to the cooperate store on Owen rd and was taken care of, phone in hand in less than 15 minutes. Retail stores are commission based and don't have the same offers the cooperate stores have. Will not go back for any reason.

Jordan at this Verizon store is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, friendly and met all out needs. We had been with Verizon fir 15 years, went to the Verizon store on Owen Rd with a problem and were told to go home, get online, and do it ourself. We left Verizon after that encounter, but after 3 months we wished to go back to Verizon because of a Verizon’s superior network. We went to the Verizon store on Leroy St where Jordan helped us with everything we needed. He was so kind and understanding. His service was exemplary. We can’t say enough good things about him and that store. We highly recommend him. Thank you,

This store is amazing!!!! The employees here make you feel welcomed Annie, Matt and Alex are very friendly. I cant tell who is friendlier. They are so nice. The way they treat other customers is outstanding. I would go to this location over the Owen Road store any day.

I will never go to another Verizon store again!!! Taylor went above and beyond helping me Saturday. She even helped us even when, at first, she wasn't going to make any commission! She was amazing! I switched from iPhone to a galaxy S20 and I'm missing my iPhone so I'm switching back to iPhone and Matthew was more than helpful on the phone today and, again, is going above and beyond to help me switch back to an iPhone! I highly recommend going to this Verizon store!

I purchased an Iphone 11 from Andrea. She was so helpful. She transferred all of my stuff and took the time to explain the new functions of my phone. We had good conversation while she transferred my stuff which made the sale smooth. Definitely going back in the future for more purchases. Highly recommend!

They are.. adequate. Some staff are attentive while others not so much. Store is decently cleaned and they have a good selection of products. But to be fair what cell phone store really has great service.
