I had gone to the Verizon off of Baldwin at Great Lakes Crossing after my phone was broken during a tragedy where I work. I was just not having success with either the communication or response I was getting. So, I tried the Verizon on Lapeer in Lake Orion. It was like working with an entirely different company. Gregory S was incredible. He managed to help three people at a time while effectively addressing every one of our needs. When my phone didn’t back up properly, Gregory worked until he ensured all of my data was saved. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast, efficient and caring. I give the highest possible recommend Gregory S and this location

I feel the staff at this store should be recognized for their exemplary services w/my 84 yr old mother & I. She needed a crash course in how to use her phone. I also needed to know how to help her. I have an apple phone. Allen R is fairly new & was able to get all of our questions answered if he didn’t know the answer. Lawerence was very helpful w/Allen R on the computer.
