When calling in for a refill of medicine, your scheduled pickup time is usually at the least 24 hours but I have learned most of the time they get it sooner. If a physician must authorize a refill then you should expect it will take longer. This next one is a personal downside for me. I have to do saline wet to dry dressings on my niece twice a day but I cannot purchase a bottle of saline to irrigate eithout a prescription as I can at other pharmacies.

Well if you call in to ask questions about the medicine you picked up for your sick child, in February, and it’s two hours until closing. Well they’ll transfer you back in to the routing que for the call until you get so mad you leave a bad review and this whole schpeel. Lazy and just pointless. Take your business elsewhere if you need to know about the medicine.

Hope you don’t expect them to answer your phone call. Called three times and even made sure they were open (they were according to the phone) they didn’t answer. I called earlier that day and asked them how much two medicines were together and they didn’t ask for my name or birth date so I had no idea if that was actually the cost of my medicine because they didn’t even know how much my insurance covered because they didn’t ask for my information. Pharmacy? Useless Hotel? Trivago
