The last 2 times my family has went to the winfield location they refused service. Tonight was the final straw. We went at 935 and they refused to cook our order. We only wanted 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni. The lady was rude. She said we only have 2 people working. Do not recommend this restaurant. Save your money and aggravation. It's summer time we eat late. Guess some other business will get our business. ~Adam

Every other location has their lobby open except winfield. They blame it on staffing shortages but that wouldn't be so if they didn't let 3 employees smoke at the same time while the drive thru is nearly to the road. The drive thru is super slow, this location can not be classified as fast food. If my son wasn't obsessed with McDonald's I would not even come. My son loves their nuggets and I dont see what the hype is because when I tried to eat a 4 piece it was like I was chewing on rubber. I don't expect perfection by any means, I know working in the food service industry is tough but they definitely could up their game a little, at the very least they could open their lobby back up and clear congestion in the drive thru ~snorky

When calling in for a refill of medicine, your scheduled pickup time is usually at the least 24 hours but I have learned most of the time they get it sooner. If a physician must authorize a refill then you should expect it will take longer. This next one is a personal downside for me. I have to do saline wet to dry dressings on my niece twice a day but I cannot purchase a bottle of saline to irrigate eithout a prescription as I can at other pharmacies. ~KATHY

I will be switching pharmacies. This one has gotten my medicines messed up, it took three times to get my debit card information right, and they deliver, but never come in the building. They were supposed to check to see if my insurance covered my medicine, but I'm still not sure they even checked with all this going on. The person who answered the phone didn't listen when I was talking to them and didn't seem to care. They were rude, and unprofessional. Id give it no star if I could. I was supposed to automatically have medicines delivered, but they cant do that even. ~S

Rude workers. Incompetent. Bought wiper blades and the guy refused to put them on because it was barely sprinkling. I went back when it was sunny. He saw me and walked off. A woman came out and put them on... Now my wipers won't work! Won't be back and cut up my rewards card. Going to O'Reilly's from now on! Hire people who will do what they are being paid to do and learn how to treat their customers with respect! I have to now go somewhere to get my wipers fixed due to them. NOT HAPPY! Daughter took her car here to be fixed and the Owner Johnny gave her a quote and said to drop it off. MIND YOU HE NEVER told her that she had to sign anything or had her to sign anything . She brought it in dropped it off in front. NO CARS were in the lot at this time. Called and they didn't even know who's car it was and never even touched it because she didn't sign a consent form (that she was never told they needed or had her to sign). We picked it up and there were several cars in lot including a silver car parked on passenger side. We drove straight home got out and when we walked around a big dent in the side was there. Immediately I called and Owner wasn't there and secretary said he wouldn't be in for a couple days. He calls says he will look at it and try to fix it. So he emails me say he isn't doing anything isn't his fault. So I ask whos car was parked next to her. he refused to tell me and was addiment it WASN'T them. Told me to leave he didn't want to see the car or my daughter or me.. Very unprofessional, rude and blatantly lied about the car next to her. Now daughter has a new car that is in worse shape then what it was when she dropped it off. I would not trust this company with ANYTHING. ~Tina
