Best restaurant in Winfield, Alabama (AL) 2024

Every other location has their lobby open except winfield. They blame it on staffing shortages but that wouldn't be so if they didn't let 3 employees smoke at the same time while the drive thru is nearly to the road. The drive thru is super slow, this location can not be classified as fast food. If my son wasn't obsessed with McDonald's I would not even come. My son loves their nuggets and I dont see what the hype is because when I tried to eat a 4 piece it was like I was chewing on rubber. I don't expect perfection by any means, I know working in the food service industry is tough but they definitely could up their game a little, at the very least they could open their lobby back up and clear congestion in the drive thru ~snorky

False advertising on the interstate. I thought 'up for grabs chicken' was a place to get food, not a convenient store "hot" bar that the chicken is almost black. But then again with that kind of health score I'm not shocked. ~Amanda
