Best pharmacy in Winfield, Alabama (AL) 2024

When calling in for a refill of medicine, your scheduled pickup time is usually at the least 24 hours but I have learned most of the time they get it sooner. If a physician must authorize a refill then you should expect it will take longer. This next one is a personal downside for me. I have to do saline wet to dry dressings on my niece twice a day but I cannot purchase a bottle of saline to irrigate eithout a prescription as I can at other pharmacies. ~KATHY

I will be switching pharmacies. This one has gotten my medicines messed up, it took three times to get my debit card information right, and they deliver, but never come in the building. They were supposed to check to see if my insurance covered my medicine, but I'm still not sure they even checked with all this going on. The person who answered the phone didn't listen when I was talking to them and didn't seem to care. They were rude, and unprofessional. Id give it no star if I could. I was supposed to automatically have medicines delivered, but they cant do that even. ~S
