Location is wrong. Directions take you to a neighborhood. This store is in a small plaza with wild bills close to the intersection. Need to update for customers!

I can not remember the sales persons name but it was on 6-23-2022. He was so helpful answered all questions and didn't get annoyed with us at all. He was wonderful. I called today and it was a different person I thought a charger was supposed to be in box. I was just calling to find out if I could use my current one and instead the gentleman went on about a lot like he was irritated with me. I kept asking can you hear me because I couldn't even ask him about my cord. Finally he said he could hear me. I asked the question and was done. He needs to be a little more patient with customers it was like he thought I was calling to complain. I wasn't. You get paid to do a job I understand people call and yell shame on them. But I was not.. all and all he ended up being very nice. People you have to realize that these people who work at these places are human and not perfect.

Phone number on google page takes you to off shore customer non-support. EVERY OTHER AREA STORE HAS A LOCAL CALL NUMBER. This one does not. I want to speak with who sold me the phone, not southeast Asia where they say, "you need to contact the store". 3rd rate lack of service at best.

Wow, I'll have to leave a more detailed review later. But Jacob did what 10 other phone stores couldn't, or wouldn't. So thankful for what he managed to get handled. A++++++++ service
