Honestly didn't realize that they have actually had a metro in grand blanc for 7 years 😳 One I'll save money on driving to another location.... overall the customer service was absolutely amazing they took extra time to show me different phones and different advantages for each phone also while getting to know me and my personal life... they also give amazing deals and keep u updated on everything highly recommend 👌👏🙌

Michael went above and beyond. He transferred all my photos, contacts, and apps. Michael also helped me download the Michigan Lottery app. You can't find customer service like this anymore. Drove in from Flint. Don't believe the fake reviews, this store is worth the drive and top notch. THANKS MIKE!

Mike was GREAT!!! I had been researching 2 phones and really was not sure which device I wanted. So I finally made a decision. When I walked in the store I told Michael I made a decision on a phone. He asked what was the other phone? I told him and he started telling me specs between the two and told me why the device I picked was a better device for what I needed. He actually ask me questions to find out what was better for me. People don't do these things anymore. He also made sure my phone was protected before I left. I didn't want to drop it and lose all this money I paid for the phone. it's worth it. I usually shop at Amazon for these things but Michael performed so well and this would make my experience complete. Michael is GREAT to work with. Thanks Michael

Worth the drive out of Flint to come to this Grand Blanc store. Michael helped me setup my new device, transferred my Gmail, and even helped me setup my games and Facebook. Extremely good customer service and well managed store. Very highly recommended. Come here if you want quick and prompt service. Best store in the area by far. I also received big discounts on my accessories without even asking. This store is worth the drive, come here if you want exceptional service. Handed me a water as I was leaving as well!
