I recently went into the store about not recieving my credit to my phone bill. Turns out they didnt even ship in the phone nor is there any results of the $800 credit anywhere on my account. Thats according to a customer support manager on the phone multiple times from multiple different managers from At&t customer support. Thats really sketch. They said my phone bill was gonna be $91 this month. But its actually $113 rounded up *Update* “they said I would get $80 off my next bill for the months I missed the credit BUT GUESS WHAT I DIDNT MY BILL IS STILL $120

My girlfriend and I went recently to get off our original phone plans so that we could get a plan together. When we went in there we didn’t know our old account information since we were both on our parents account. Cory greeted us right away and assured us that it was no problem and that once we get the information that it would be smooth sailing from here. Cory was awesome right from the get go answering all of our questions and making sure we would get the plan that we wanted. He was very friendly making the process of opening new phone lines very easy since we didn’t know what we were doing. I highly recommend going and speaking with Cory if you plan on switching!!

Staff did not even acknowledge that I walked in. I understand they were with customers but usually any place acknowledges you're there. Stood around for a but then ended up leaving and going to a different one.

Went to store with SIM card problem and Brendan fixed that and ordered a new I-Pad. Went back with I-Pad and Keith set it up and took the time to figure out an e-mail problem. Both were very helpful.

So it does say ATT store. But it's just a reseller. They can't fix your account. They can't take returns. They can't seem to do anything except sell new stuff. Which is odd because they don't carry much. They've got chargers, but Sam's is right next door and cheaper. They've got a few phones but they don't stock most ear buds, didn't have any tablets last I check eIther. Also, the last three times I made the mistake of stopping by they didn't greet me and they couldn't help. Save your time and drive the extra 7 minutes to Miller Rd. At least that store can actually help from time to time.

Went to the store 3 time, because they said we had to, with zero accomplished AND the employee deactivated my sim card (his mistake), so I had to go back (half of a gas tank into this and several hours) and get a new one. Manager didn't apologise, only said, "Sometimes that happens". I certain it does, but the whole situation was time consuming, and unprofitable. I love ATT's service and their customer service is fantastic, but this store? Big negative. The only great thing about the store is Jordan. He was super helpful and fixed everything after days later. He deserves 5 stars, but the store, 0. Thanks Jordan!

I got a new business phone and 2 days after activation the screen stopped working. I was on the phone with customer service for 3 hours. I then went into the store and they took great care of me. In under an hour they had me with a working phone and a replacement on the way. I would normally handle this through out IT but we are on the July 4th shutdown and waiting a week to have a phone was not an option.

Very unorganized and slow. Appeared as though no one knew what they were doing including the so called manager. She was too busy organizing her displays to help her customers...but her hair was pretty. Left the store and had to spend another 2 hours on the phone with ATT to fix the mess.

The store manager Tonya was awesome and steered me in the right direction to Kathy who was sooo very helpful, patient and honest. She was very knowledgeable and I had no doubts in her honesty and suggestions. Very happy with my purchases. I wouldn’t hesitate referring anyone to this store. It is very well run. Michelle was awesome. I had some issues with my Samsung phone. It was fading in and out plus having a delay sometimes. I went to the store and Michelle helped me. She did several things to help it work properly. At this point, time will tell if my phone still has issues. Regardless, Michelle was very personable and very knowledgeable. If you have any issues with your AT&T service, this store and personnel are fabulous.
