Chris is an excellent pharmacist and keeps the store running smoothly. He answers all of your questions and gives honest input. He has a great reputation around town as a man and as a pharmacist. I trust him and will continue going to this store to fill all my prescriptions.

Its really sad how people are treated, my grandfather was there and needed some aspirin and his wife couldn't get any help from the pharmacy people so she went and got him some and they threatened to have him arrested, he said it's not like I'm trying to steal it he needed help and they all they wanted to do was have him arrested! You should be ashamed of yourself for not helping someone who could be having a heart attack!!!! If that's all you care about you need help and further more you don't need to be working with the public you need to be in a mental hospital!!!! You better pray that no one treats you like that if you have a medical emergency someday!!! GET A LIFE PEOPLE YOU AT WALMART ARE SICK!!!!!!

Justin was very helpful when I called about an antibiotic prescription that had been called in for my 10 y.o. daughter and the Lenlock pharmacy would not have the medicine until Tuesday (3 more days). Even though it was almost time for them to close he took the time to call the other area Walmart pharmacies to see if they had it and Jacksonville Walmart did and he transferred the prescription. I had just called the Jacksonville Walmart pharm. and I was left on hold and finally someone else picked up the call and I was told after giving her the information needed, "I can't help you". Jacksonville Walmart pharmacy personnel didn't make a real effort to help me.

Compared to other Walmart pharmacies, they don't utilise their employees to serve the people waiting..either that or they don't have enough employees who can both wait on people and ring them up.
