As a female I was not impressed with my interaction with the employees. I understand an auto parts store gets people with all different levels of knowledge. But assuming that because I'm female I don't even know how to pump gas is frustrating. So dismissing my questions by telling me it's complicated or giving me false information is not acceptable.

The lady went out to my car and checked it with their meter and came back in and printed out a report of what was actually wrong. She was very helpful. I felt better knowing what is wrong than worrying until I could get it into a shop to get it fixed. Thank you to the lady who helped me at Auto Zone in Raytown on 350 Hwy. I wish I would have gotten her name so she could get the credit she deserves.
