Worst customer service ever. Called store inquiring some information on a recent release and they hung up on me. The employees within that establishment need some proper customer service training. There have been times I would go into the store and the employees wouldn't even greet you at the door. Moreso, they all look miserable working there. Maybe shoe sales isn't for you and you need to seek employment somewhere else. 👎👎

They need to lower there prices. I don't understand how I can have a score card but never save any $$. Nike and under armor are outrageously over price and places like this take advantage of everyday consumers! After all the $$ Nike and under armor has made they continue to charge top dollar for everything. Smh!!

One of the best Customer service experiences I've had. They were very attentive and had a great selection, there were sizes that they didn't carry but they made other sneaker recommendations which were great. Definitely going back to this store.

My recent experience(02/10/19)here was pretty good as far as meeting a gentleman named Alex who had phenomenal interpersonal customer service. The taller gentleman who was like 6’7 or so who I didn’t catch his name unfortunately had great customer service as well. My concern with the two star rating is that on this day a female who was a little heavy set, I believe she was talking to other co-workers on the sales floor about past events that sounded pretty negative and how she had poor customer service and it felt like I just needed to leave the store as I had my two kids and my two nieces. After we left my children told me “the lady was a negative nacy and I don’t want my daddy to shop there anymore”. Like I’m sorry but as a customer and a person in the field of customer service this is pretty poor experience just because of one bad apple. Like come on now footlocker hiring managers this isn’t amateur night let’s get it together.

I ordered shoes online early July was told they were back ordered 2 weeks. August 2nd I call customer service to inquire on the status and I’m informed that they are “ in” but there’s a glitch with the system and my order cannot be processed and they need to cancel my order and I’ll need to reorder. They offered me $10 gift card for the inconvenience. So we went back online to order and they weren’t in there. So I called customer service back and the person told me “ we don’t have them”. I explained what had just happened and the person on the other end was like a robot and didn’t seem to have any sympathy or apologize for what is happening. They don’t have them. So I am going to take my business somewhere else. Very frustrating.

My husband and I needed some new shoes and the employee named Dyllan was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable on the shoes in the store and was able to share his own personal experiences with the shoes. I appreciate his help so much. He took the time to make sure we found something we loved and was very patient. I will definitely be coming back!
