Super welcoming and professional staff :) Sara helped me pick out a nice pair of On Cloud X 2.0's and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This is the type of store that really knows what they are talking about and only carries high quality shoes. Will absolutely be back when I need another pair of running shoes and would definitely pick fleet feet pepper pike over any other local shoe store.

Extremely satisfied with my experience at Fleet Feet today! It was my first time purchasing shoes from a running store but I went in because I was suffering from back pain and needed supportive shoes. They greeted me right away and took care of me. The woman was very knowledgeable and professional and had me step on this machine and told me everything going on with my feet. Was happy they didn't treat me different sunce I was only 18 as they have at different running shoe stores. She recommended me the right shoes and insoles and I'm very satisfied with my purchase and plan to purchase all my shoes from here in the future.

This was my first time in a long time shopping for new running/workout shoes. I came into the store and was greeted right away and had a wonderful experience! The gentleman that helped me, I think his name was Jeremy but I could be wrong, was very knowledgeable and very friendly! He answered all of my questions and really explained the shoe scan, my gait, arches, etc in a way that was easy to understand. I left with the perfect pair of shoes for my HIIT workouts and the most comfortable sneakers I’ve ever owned :) thanks a lot!

(I bumped up my rating for only 1 reason - diligent, respectful, honest, constructive communication from Jody around clarifying their perspective. We still disagree, but his intentions are so clearly good, well, hard not to give that it's due.) Have had good luck here until today - my wife and I have purchased many pairs of shoes over the last few years. Went in with a defective sole (conspicuous defect, heel section fell off after moderate use; they said they'd never seen anything like it). Shoes had cost $180 and I'd purchased 3 pair from them (all failed, bizarrely!). They said they couldn't/wouldn't do anything and that I should call the manufacturer directly and see if they would do anything. Really? So why would I ever shop again here? I usually try to support local shops rather than online, but I will rethink that in this case. UPDATE: Found them almost 20% less expensive online - where I just ordered 2 replacement pair - which I was planning to buy at Fleet Feet, had I had a better experience. AFTER SEEING A PROMPT, RESPECTFUL BUT SOMEWHAT INACCURATE RESPONSE FROM JODY, BELOW, I REPLIED: True, the shoes you mentioned are from Feb-April of last year (total on both receipts, by the way, is $712.00 - including the other shoes/inserts purchased - not an insignificant sale). And those are not my/our only purchases - those are just the ones found during the quick search today. I have 3 pair, all purchased from you, and my wife has purchased other shoes from you as well. At no point did I REQUEST - NOR EXPECT - that you would take 1, 2 or all 3 of these pairs of shoes back and give me a single free replacement. I just found it to be MUCH worse wear on the soles than any other pair of shoes I’ve ever owned, and your sales person took one look and said “WOW! I have NEVER seen this before.” Kind of indicates a likely defect, not “normal wear and tear”, right? >>> What I asked for<<< is for you guys to follow up with the manufacturer, and was told, no, you wouldn’t do that, that I would need to call On Cloud myself. THAT is what I found surprising and disappointing, especially after specifically saying “But you’re the authorized dealer. Wouldn’t this be better coming from you?” Had you offered to do that, to follow up with the rep next time he was in your store (or perhaps by phone), I would have left the shoes with you and purchased at least 1 pair today - it’s what I was planning to do. But your unwillingness to help me get any feedback from the manufacturer changed my mind. So you lost this sale, and future sales from both me and my wife, had there been a little more good faith effort to investigate what is clearly a conspicuous failure across all 3 pairs of shoes I brought in to demonstrate the problem. I know we’re just one small customer, so not really any kind of a consequence for your business in these lost sales. The shoes I found online for $30 less are new, current model. And setting that aside, I would still prefer to shop local, at a higher price, but with a more helpful dealer. So we can just agree to disagree. I do appreciate your prompt response, and I know you’ll continue to thrive - your other reviews seem to be solidly positive. Happy Holidays to you as well.

The Pepper Pike Fleet Feet was by far the best experience I have had at a shoe store. The employee who assisted me was genuinely interested in my training goals and helping me find the best fitting shoes based on them. The shoes I bought were not what I would have chosen on my own, but I used them on my long run the next day and could not have been more pleased. Thank you!

I went to Fleet Feet after getting more serious about running. I wanted to find a running shoe that would help protect my knees and hopefully allow me to increase my race distances. I was met right away by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member who evaluated my feet and then gave me a selection of shoes she thought would meet my needs. I settled on a pair of Brooks Glycerine and they have made a big difference in the short time I've been wearing them. I would recommend that anyone interested in running on a more serious level take the time to go to Fleet Feet and have them help you find the right shoe.

The sales associate I worked with was very thorough in watching how I walked, recommending specific shoes and then patient while I tried on about 5 different pairs. I also think their store policy of being able to return a running shoe within 60 days of purchase is a great benefit, because sometimes you really don't know for sure how comfortable a shoe is until you have experienced it in action. I would definitely recommend Fleet Feet to others who are looking for a knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I've been going to Fleet Feet in Pepper Pike to purchase shoes for several years. My feet have always given me problems and I never realized how much the right shoe could help until I visited them. Their salespeople have always been very helpful and knowledgeable about finding the right shoe to help correct my issues. They take the time to watch me walk, offer options, fit correctly and make sure I'm completely satisfied. Highly recommend.
