I'm so impressed. My plantar fasciitis was really painful. They did a free foot scan. Then, they brought the best shoes to try on, with the perfect arch supports. Now, I have the most comfortable shoes and my feet feel much better. I never thought shoes could feel this good. Finding the right shoes and the right fit is a huge value, and something I couldn't have found online. Thank you, Terri, you are so knowledgeable and caring. The whole staff is wonderful.

Great place to get shoes even if you're not a runner. The sales associate was super friendly and helpful, and measured my feet using a computer. However what really impressed me is that she had the type of insoles I use and I was able to try on the shoes with those insoles for the best fit. The end result was a shoe slightly different from what I would normally wear, yet the most comfortable. Do yourself a favor and try this place out!

Today, I came in having had a really rough start to my birthday and wanting to treat myself to a new pair of running shoes. I had cried all morning and this was a last ditch effort to cheer myself up (and it had been 6 yrs since I purchased my last pair, oops). Mike was kind, compassionate, informative, and truly made me feel comfortable. Being the day and having been so long since I had purchased shoes, I was nervous. Almost embarrassed, really. But it all faded when Mike came to assist me. I instantly felt supported and knew I'd find the right pair of shoes and boyyyy did I. They're perfect. And my feet are already to happy. Bonus points in the foot evaluation as I learned a lot of about how to support my body! I came when it was the Running Spot and was so happy to see the same hometown vibe has remained even if the name changes. I was nothing short of grateful for my experience today.

I've been coming here for years and Ive never gone anywhere else for my running shoes. The customer service is excellent and they really know how to take care of you. Today really echoes why I always come here after the staff and owner worked together to help me return a pair a shoes and find a perfect replacement. Thank you for making the process so easy and for taking such good care of me!

Really friendly staff, didn't know too much about what I wanted but he was super helpful and patient with me and walked me through the whole process very well. Also gave me a great deal on the shoes! Even invited me to a sort of run club where they walk you through warmups and cool downs with an actual physical therapist. Highly recommend!

Oh my Jesus this building would make for a very charming little sandwich shop if they wanted to quit selling shoes one day. But they do sell shoes, and they're not cheap shoes. They do a good job at helping you find shoes that fit, that you like, and that help you walk better. My wallet hurts, but my feet don't. Not anymore.
