The last time I replaced a phone through a Verizon store it took almost 4 hours in 2018. Eric at TCC Norton Verizon Store had me in and out in an hour. He was very professional, polite, and knew his way around the product. It would have actually been faster had we not been waiting for my 7000 text messages to transfer over (delete your texts folks).
