We retired and moved to Cleveland 6 years ago and have the Pharmacy to be very reliable , efficient, and friendly. A time or two when I thought they screwed up, it was our doctor’s office , my insurance company, or myself. Good people. Try them out.

Nothing but rude from the moment the person answered the phone. Had a refill transferred to this location, and all she asked for was my name. "Nope, I don't have it". I then had to remind her that she should ask for my birth date. When I told her my birthday, I got the same exact rude answer. I know it was transferred there, because I requested it three days ago. I would NEVER TRUST THIS LOCATION TO DISPENSE MY MEDICATION. PERIOD.

The pharmacists here are first rate. Helpful, very friendly , and clearly knowledgeable. Always happy to answer questions about non-prescription products too. They make the experience a litlte closer to going to an old-school neighborhood pharmacist.

I cant lie, I'm usually very happy dealing with this pharmacy, the staff (especially the guy with the big fro) are always very accommodating; but, I have a very big problem. My wife went into the pharmacy tonight looking to get he glucose test strips, they were out and, this isn't the first time. Contour Next test strips are pretty popular, there is no reason a pharmacy chain as large as Walmart should ever run out of them.

The staff and pharmacists have been so kind and helpful. They helped me get my prescriptions switched from another pharmacy. If my prescriptions will not be ready on time, they call me and let me know. I have never had less than a great experience.
