I wash my car here everyday. I also have “the works” monthly package. Maybe 3/7 times do they actually give me the wash that I’m paying for. The machine never scans correctly. I was told by one of the employees “it’s technology” and that they can’t do anything about it.They also used to have a monitor in there that informed you the wash you were getting they decided to never fix it. Half of the vacuums don’t work the floor mat wash barely ever available. Service: Vacuuming

This car wash when compared to Andy's or Clean just doesn't cut it. The wash hardly ever has soap and is really just whipping around dirty soft touch cleaners. Some days it pushes you through faster than others it seems. It doesn't remove bugs (perhaps due to no soap) and hardly dries your car. It's great in the winter months when you want the façade of a clean car though.

I’ve taking my car here for two years. I love it. I subscribe to the monthly unlimited wash plan. It’s reasonably priced and it’s great to have access to the free vacuums.

I was out doing errands at around 7:30 this morning I needed a wash and vacuum I saw on Google your hours start at 7 so I decided I would stop by, normally I come in around the evening when I get off work as I work right down the street. I saw someone doing a vacuum and the open sign was on but the doors were closed. I pulled around and I could see someone on their phone at a table through the side door so I assumed you were open. I waited 5 minutes at the window for an attendant to even be bothered to acknowledge me I know they saw me, my running lights were on and they are pretty bright, I drive an SUV so it is tall enough in most cases to be seen. It was only when I put my car in reverse and started to leave that they put their phone down to start walking over to the window. That left a sour taste in my mouth, I was in a time crunch and needed to get other things done, I ended up having to drive an extra 10 minutes to CLEAN, and not only did they have 3 people working but I was able to get in and out with no issues. I definitely don't think I will be back. As summer is almost here I have been considering buying a pass for a car wash place and the proximity to my home and work made this Blue Falls a good candidate but now I am not so sure, and I think I am going to take my business elsewhere as there is plenty of other options even if I have to drive a little further to go to them. Great experience every time I've been there. Feel very fortunate to have this car wash right around the corner during the Winter and also think their monthly unlimited washes are a great bargain. I'm only taking the one star off because when I cancelled my monthly unlimited plan at the drive thru with one of the employees, the charge came up again the next month. I had to call there again and explain what happened to get the charges reversed on my credit card.

No safety protocols. The car in front of me stopped and I was automatically rammed into them over and over again. I was honking for help and it took them too long to shut down the belt since there’s no automatic safety in place. They shrugged and blamed the other driver and wouldn’t acknowledge that they are operating unsafely. They put the vehicles in as close as possible as $$ is more important than customer safety. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you want to crash your vehicle.

Going in to the tunnel, there was an attendant flagging drivers to when they could get on the conveyer. I thought we were loaded on a little too close and was afraid I would end up hitting the person in front of me. There was such a long line to get out of the car wash that once you were pushed out of the tunnel, there was no pace to go. The car behind me was pushed out and rear ended me, by no fault of the driver or myself. As I mentioned, there was no place for me to go and no place for her to go. Fortunately, neither of us had any damage. This could have been so much worse if there had been a car close behind her, which would have caused a chain reaction. Attendants need to be better trained and more space needs to be kept between cars. I won't be using this car wash again.

It gets your car clean. No extra perks like free air fresheners. I lost a magnet off my car and it get congested with the way the building/drive ways are set up. Still have a monthly pass though

Two things I really like are the undercarriage wash (you have to upgrade from the basic pkg) as well as free access to vacuums & space to dry my car. The wash itself is usually quite thorough and gets my car adequately clean without scratching the finish or leaving swirl marks.

Left white scratches all over my car. To fix it they said they said they would take pics and run it through again. It came out the second time even more scratched and all i was given was a refund for their premium car wash. Definitely do not recommend unless you want to pay for a paint job the same day.
