Called this bank today around 3 pm. I asked the representative if US BANK does shared banking. The representative had no clue what shared banking is and that the subject is above his pay grade. Nor offered further assistance. All banks I’ve interacted with on phone or in person understand shared banking. I informed the representative I’ll visit this location in person to ask, however the doors were locked when I arrived around 3:30 pm even though it states online and the hours posted on the front door that the bank closes at 4 pm. Would have been informative if the rep told me the doors are locked or any helpful information. I called this bank specifically not the 24 hr customer service.

The worlds aren’t helpful, I tried to get help by this man because the atm took my card and all he said was “I don’t know what I can do abt that” like you could have asked what happened or tell your manager or something like that was so rude

The girl called April works in the US Bank had horrible attitude. I tried to put the money in my own card. she gave me a hard time. Not sure why. I wish the bank can hire some professional banker who can actually know how to do the work. BTW, she is very rude. Because of her I will never work with USBank Anymore.

I had my worst bank experience in my life with US Bank. They treated me with Dishonesty and carelessness. 1- They charged me for the checks book after the banker confirmed it's free, then refused to wave the fee. 2- I opened a account at the this branch when they had a promotion going on for $200 if someone opens an account and make a direct deposit of $1000, then they declined that. 3- I had to waste a lot of my time between the corporate and the branch (2 months) back and forth and no one gave me an answer. ################ For the sake of saving your money and time, DON"T even get close to this bank. #################

Never enough Tellers available. I left a message with a Teller for the manager but I never received a call back. However, the employees at US Bank on Mass Street including The Manager, are very friendly, take good care of their clients & solve issues. Bravo 🍾

U S Bank is an amazing establishment for their customers. They hold my mortgage within U.S. Bank rather than many banks who sell them to other financial institutions. They offer their customers free money orders, safe direct-pay to all utilities, and they truly have exceptional customer service in whichever branch I visit. I definitely recommend U.S. Bank.

Do not use this bank if you can avoid it. The tellers and managers I've dealt with have repeatedly been unhelpful and would rather tell you that something simply can't be done than to put in minimal effort to accomplish the same goal slightly differently.
