Probably the worst fast food experience I’ve had in a few years. I try to be extremely understanding because I’ve worked in the service industry for a decade but when you run out of something, please, tell your customers. Nothing is more frustrating than getting home realizing 4 out of the 5 items you ordered are missing an ingredient or not there altogether. I ended up going back to try to get my order fixed, when I let them know my tacos were falling apart and I would like them to remake them they said we can’t do that. I then offered to just buy new tacos, which only seemed to make them more frustrated. I’m only writing this because I really tried to handle this situation as calmly and respectfully as possible but clearly the customer is never right at this location.
Edit: after reading some other reviews i noticed others were having the same problem. Again, I understand that things are difficult with the worker shortage, but if someone at Taco Bell reads this please, train your employees to treat customers with respect. The amount of people who have found your staff to be pushy or rude is unsettling to say the least. ~Anna
