The store was filthy. Floor has not been swept or mopped in awhile. Counters have not been wiped down in awhile. Beverage machine nasty. Condiments empty or not clean. Slushy had a black particle in it. I have never seen a QuickTrip this nasty ever. I was in true disbelief that a QuickTrip could be this nasty. Very dissatisfied. One star for customer service at checkout. ~Brandi

Probably the worst fast food experience I’ve had in a few years. I try to be extremely understanding because I’ve worked in the service industry for a decade but when you run out of something, please, tell your customers. Nothing is more frustrating than getting home realizing 4 out of the 5 items you ordered are missing an ingredient or not there altogether. I ended up going back to try to get my order fixed, when I let them know my tacos were falling apart and I would like them to remake them they said we can’t do that. I then offered to just buy new tacos, which only seemed to make them more frustrated. I’m only writing this because I really tried to handle this situation as calmly and respectfully as possible but clearly the customer is never right at this location. Edit: after reading some other reviews i noticed others were having the same problem. Again, I understand that things are difficult with the worker shortage, but if someone at Taco Bell reads this please, train your employees to treat customers with respect. The amount of people who have found your staff to be pushy or rude is unsettling to say the least. ~Anna

The level of service that we receive from Steve and his team at Crown insure that not only will we be solely using Crown to service our exisiting units, but when we need to purchase new equipment, Crown will be the ONLY company we need to call. We recently had an issue where the floor of a container had wood that was slightly rotten. We didn't realize it until our forktruck was in the container and had broken through the floor, rendering our truck completely stuck. I reached out to Steve, and less than an hour later, Crown's tech arrived. He jacked the truck up, got our forklift unstuck, and had our forktruck out of the container and back into operation. Google needs an ability to rate this company more than 5 stars, because they earn it each and every day!!! ~Tavis

Absolutely the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They don't even care that they are horrible. For 12 years I got the same prescriptions filled from the same doctor at schnucks pharmacy. They were always there I never had to call the pharmacy or my doctor, schnucks handled it all without difficulty. Now CVS has bought them out and they can't seem to get a hold of my doctor, fill my prescriptions without my involvement, or fill them together so I don't have to make 3 trips to the pharmacy in 1 week. They are rude and don't care if you don't have your meds when you need them. Completely awful! I wish I had more options but I'm locked into CVS by my insurance, if you have a choice don't go here! ~Karen
