I would not recommend this location. I get there and was told to find a parking spot. Why have a drive through. I then waited 20 minutes for a couple burritos. Fast? No! Food? Ok.

I usually love Taco Bell. In the last 2 weeks I have been to this store. Ordered a burrito supreme each time.. Not what I got. Instead of Burrito Supreme I get a Bean and Cheese Burrito. Hmmm There is a big price difference between the two products. Someone is pocketing the difference somewhere. It is a shame the owners and management do not care enough to train the employees on what the products actually are supposed to be made of. No one gives a darn but I will not go back to this location. I will drive the extra miles to another location. This location apparently has no idea what is going on.

Please shut this taco bell location in Overland down! The one on Page Ave. Terrible workers, no inventory and unreliable service. One night I can only get tacos the next night only burritos. The best location nearby is Maryland Heights.

Worst experience I've had at a Taco Bell. I went through the drive through for a door dash order. The lady at the window just yelled a total, told her I was here to pick up a door dash order. All she did was close the window and I waited for 15mins with no response. I would have left if it was my food. When it was done all she did was had it to me with no words at all just an eye roll. I said thank you, she ignored me and closed the window. Never going to this Taco Bell and will tell everyone else to do the same.

One of the worst experiences I've had at any Taco Bell in a while. I ordered in the app and had asked for a few things to be special made. I was very excited for the Mexican pizza coming back! When I got to the drive-thru they could not understand my name through the box and made me wait until I got to the window to tell them my name. That is when they started making my order so then I had to park and wait 15 minutes for the food. When they came to the car they did not bring me the sodas that I ordered, but brought it out with a smile and thanked me for my patience. When I got home I noticed that the cheese quesadilla I ordered had chicken on it, and the Mexican pizza had sour cream on it. I have tried calling the store using the number in Google and the number on the website, and it rings and rings and then a fax machine picks up. This is not the closest one to me so I go out of the way to go to this one. I would like a refund but have no way of getting it because the store is locked and I'm not going through the drive thru for this, and the store door to go inside is locked, so not sure what I am to do!

Absolutely worthless. Rude on top of that. Drive through barely works. Pulled up and they are only serving soft and large tacos. WHY WOULD YOU EVEN BE OPEN. Good for nothing. Don’t waste your time.

I been trying to avoid giving this location a bad review because they USED to be pretty reliable and the manager Roxy is cool however I’m completely fed up at this point. I attempted to go through the drive through tonight and they said they are only taking mobile orders and DoorDash due to being short staffed. All I want to know is how many people do you need to make a nacho bell grande? Because it was at least 3 people that was on the clock 😒 I’m sure 3 people is more than enough overnight to take orders and make food. Smh

Probably the worst fast food experience I’ve had in a few years. I try to be extremely understanding because I’ve worked in the service industry for a decade but when you run out of something, please, tell your customers. Nothing is more frustrating than getting home realizing 4 out of the 5 items you ordered are missing an ingredient or not there altogether. I ended up going back to try to get my order fixed, when I let them know my tacos were falling apart and I would like them to remake them they said we can’t do that. I then offered to just buy new tacos, which only seemed to make them more frustrated. I’m only writing this because I really tried to handle this situation as calmly and respectfully as possible but clearly the customer is never right at this location. Edit: after reading some other reviews i noticed others were having the same problem. Again, I understand that things are difficult with the worker shortage, but if someone at Taco Bell reads this please, train your employees to treat customers with respect. The amount of people who have found your staff to be pushy or rude is unsettling to say the least.

When I finished ordering and got to the window I asked them to change my order from 6 soft tacos to the new family box with 4 hard tacos and 4 beefy burritos for the same price and the manager told the girl at the window she can't change my order at the window. It would have been easier to order if the person taking orders could have suggested the family deal for the same price. Their attitudes were horrible and the manager or whoever she was for the evening kept looking back saying what she say. Bad customer service skills. Also the tacos were stale and the burrito was so burnt that you smell it. It was also stuck to the paper. Very disappointed. When spent $16 on our order. Waste of time and money. Edit: went back for a remake and this the outcome. So disappointed.
