Wouldn’t recommend buying glass. I visited this shop specifically to replace a HiSi that I’d purchased here 4 years ago. They first tried sending me home without a bowl piece. When confronted, they informed me that the HiSi bowls were out of stock but that I could purchase one for a discount when they’re in stock… Then, they refused to amend the purchase price of my $385 glass piece despite the package being incomplete without the HiSi bowl. Really disappointed.

I love you guys, but please fix your hours of operation. I've gone there like six times and you're already closed. Sometimes this is a few hours before the hours say. Also, yes I never learn. 😉 I'll totally five star you as soon as this is fixed. Thanks! 💜 Edit: seems fixed. 5 stars for that but more for installing an electronic card system that lets me tip!!! I wish every location would do this as I never have cash. But I love the employees. I wish they got paid a living wage (minimum double what they make now). They're so hard working and absolutely deserve to thrive. How can Sky High pay only $14/hr??? That's not even enough to rent a 1-bdrm apt in the city you work in.

My boyfriend bought a faulty elfbar vape here $20 and they won't accept return or replace. It spits out juice. Lady working even said that he must have gotten a bad one. Yet no offer to return or replace? We live in the area and are weekly customers but will not be coming back!

Really great pieces and products. Customer service is a hit or miss. This last time I waited quite awhile for help, while 3 employees were focused on 1 person. Also you guys really need to figure out your hours so I’m not driving 30 minutes to a store that has closed 2 hours early.

Its 1:30am and I'm sitting here in my car in front of the store with my bf after a 30 min drive and they're closed. Lights out, open sign off and somehow I'm not so surprised. Response To Owner: I was at the smoke shop when I wrote the review 3 days ago, which was Friday night.
