Great clean facilities and atmosphere. Friendly helpful staff. The only problem I have with the place is that it isn't opened 24 hours

I go here in the morning from Monday through Friday if I'm not traveling. Always helps to get my steps in before the work day.

The gym is generally clean and a good place to work out. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is that when I signed up for PF it was mainly for the 24 hour service. Being a college student and being a server the flexibility was my selling factor.

Absolutely love it there! ♥ The staff is very friendly and they definitely care about making sure to treat each member like family. The place is always spotless clean. There's a great vibe, lots of smiles and happiness. Everyone seems to be having a good time, and that's the whole idea, right? Met lots of great and interesting people, lots of networking lots of friendships. Special shout out to Al and Tiffany for always going the extra mile to make sure you feel like you're at home. And that's exactly what I look for in a gym. Couldn't be happier. Oh and hey, I can tan there too, so.. yay, one stop shop for feeling good and looking good. Lastly... There's a Redner's in the same outlet, and a plasma donation place (opening May 2022). So, if you're looking to make some change, grab some groceries, get some exercise.. nice little place to be. This gym has stepped up the cleaning but I still don't understand why they are not open 27/7. We pay for a gym to be open at all times to accommodate everyone.

This gym was better when it was 24 hours. The PF at my college is 24hrs and the one on 5th has 4/7 days 24hrs. I have had to cancel my membership here 2 times whenever I would go up to college. Each time they had me sign a paper canceling my membership, but that paper must go straight in the trash/shredder because each time I have been billed after canceling until I notice the charges on my card. I then would try to cancel over the phone since I'm 3 hours away at college just for them to say I need to come in to be able to cancel the membership. Leading to at least $100 in false charges. The cleanliness has also gone down hill as the locker rooms smell and are often sticky.

This place used to be clean and a good place to workout but the hours are ridiculous. What gym closes at 7 I got a membership for a 24 hour gym. I can understand these hours about a year ago but not anymore. They don’t clean the showers are very dirty. The locker rooms smell.

I am sadly disappointed to hear this morning that today was one of my favorite employees last day. Joanne Garcia is one of the friendliest, kindest, hardest worker I’ve seen in a while. She always greets each member with a hello. I will definitely miss seeing her every morning. My morning workouts won’t be the same.
