Your cashier is forcing people to join the rewards program. It’s unfair to costumers and I wish you can train the lady well. 1/10 experience honestly and I wish the self checkout lane was open instead.

Went to pick up my medication on Monday. Pharmacy drive-thru was closed for lunch so I assumed the inside would be open. Nope. The entire pharmacy team goes to lunch at 1:30 until 2:00. Dumbest thing I've ever heard.

Absolutely the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They don't even care that they are horrible. For 12 years I got the same prescriptions filled from the same doctor at schnucks pharmacy. They were always there I never had to call the pharmacy or my doctor, schnucks handled it all without difficulty. Now CVS has bought them out and they can't seem to get a hold of my doctor, fill my prescriptions without my involvement, or fill them together so I don't have to make 3 trips to the pharmacy in 1 week. They are rude and don't care if you don't have your meds when you need them. Completely awful! I wish I had more options but I'm locked into CVS by my insurance, if you have a choice don't go here!

Review is of COVID 19 drive thru testing. Their system was much less streamlined than Walgreens. Took 20 minutes sitting in line (only one car ahead of me) to get the test. They need to put at least 2 people on this service. Walgreens had me in and out in 5 minutes despite there being 6 cars in line. Workers seemed nice, just undermanned.

Wow!!! I never expected CVS to take advantage of the Covid-19 pandemic! Went to the Olivette location this morning to purchase a package of disposable face masks to distribute to customers of my business. CVS removed the disposable masks from the shelves and removed them from the bulk packaging, and they are selling the disposable masks individually at the check-out counter for $1.99 each! There's no limit to the quantity you can buy, but they're still $1.99 each. You can buy 50 of these same masks for around $22 on Amazon, and Walmart is selling boxes of 25 of these masks for under $18. CVS, you should be ashamed of yourselves for price-gouging on this basic necessity in these challenging times.

This place was pretty good when I first came here... It appears that there was a cut in staff. It's difficult to reach anyone in the store anymore. I get pages that border on harassing about medications that I, only a few days ago, opted out of auto-refill because I can get it cheaper from another vendor. I feel sorry for the employees and management at this store.

Pharmacy staff is very unfriendly and make you feel like your a bother. If my insurance had not changed I would be back at Walgreens in a second! At least I was treated with respect there.

Horrible telephone experience with Parker Road Pharmacy, Florrisant, MO. Pharmacy Assistant indicated that cell phone calls not acceptable for their message system. But my call was placed on a land line... Messaging system should have received my call and my patient was not notified of filled prescription as I requested. He drove to pharmacy, prescription not ready....and pharmacy had to call me for justification of refill. Very bad service , with hateful attitude! Cannot recommend this CVS Store!! Awful!

This location has generally rude staff, but the pharmacy crew is beyond ridiculous. Trifling, lazy, and snarky to top it all off. I enabled text alerts specifically to limit my interaction with these clowns, but they still manage to ruin that! My doctor sends the scripts two at a time, and they still scratch their heads in confusion at the concept of scheduling the refills! They cannot build the u city location fast enough! Anything would be better than this mess.

Always very helpful in the pharmacy, especially after having to transfer all my prescriptions from Walgreens. I appreciate all the calls and texts to keep me on top of my many meds and to let me know when they are ready. The rest of the store staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I never make it to Walgreens anymore--this store is more comfortable (maybe it's the carpeting!) and less chaotic than the different Walgreens I have gone to.
