The level of service that we receive from Steve and his team at Crown insure that not only will we be solely using Crown to service our exisiting units, but when we need to purchase new equipment, Crown will be the ONLY company we need to call. We recently had an issue where the floor of a container had wood that was slightly rotten. We didn't realize it until our forktruck was in the container and had broken through the floor, rendering our truck completely stuck. I reached out to Steve, and less than an hour later, Crown's tech arrived. He jacked the truck up, got our forklift unstuck, and had our forktruck out of the container and back into operation.
