I waited one hour in the waiting area while the two employees, on a Friday by themselves, where busy with customers but not once said high, or anything or thanks for your patience. I had a simple question. Customer service sucks!

Rude customer service, never helpful, always has an attitude. Never have I ever been to this store and been helped properly. They don’t know anything at this location. I’ll be going to Wendover location from now on.

Dropped calls, no service in rural areas of NC. Must be in the High Point, NC city limits for anything to work! Doesn't matter if IPhone or Android Phone service sucks!!!
