I have worked for many staffing agencies, as well as having worked as an employment consultant for various "temporary" or staffing agencies. This place doesn't deserve to be called a staffing agency. They are little more than middle men bullys that break all of their company's supposed ethics laws, and when confronted with their shady work, just stop answering, paying, and being responsive to lawyers, unemployment officials, and their average workers.

I recently took an asset test for Kelly services as a IT support agent. The test itself is outdated. It must be really difficult for the knowledgeable agents to stand out when the asset tests that are supposed to distinguish the good agents from the bad agents, doesn't know the difference between a computer tower and a CPU, nor does it know the difference between a hard disk drive and a floppy disk drive, keeping in mind that floppy disk drives have been out of circulation for 15 plus years now... How is this asset test relevant?!

They care nothing about their employees. They will drop you even when the proof is in their face. I was taken off an assignment because one of the ladies didn't want me working there and made up a whole lie to get me off the assignment even when I notified kelly services and the supervisors in charge of the assignment. They care nothing about the people who work for them

This company is just as terrible as some of the assignments they put you on! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! They allows their clients to treat people unfairly while they lie right along with them ! They have very stick background that doesn’t allow people with a last to even stand a chance and I’m here to tell you GOOD! They aren’t worth the time honestly !

My husband sought employment through this Kelly Services branch in May of last year. We were new to the area and homeless after a house fire and they placed him with TE connectivity. He was happy with the placement but had some attendance issues due to us being homeless and finally had to abruptly leave the assignment and go to Gastonia to care for our niece as her mother was in the ICU on life support. He was told at the time he wouldn't be eligible for TE connectivity again, which was disappointing but understandable. It is over a year later now, we live in High Point and are no longer homeless, and our niece and her mother have had others to care for them for over 8 months now. The extreme and temporary circumstances that led to the failed placement are relsolved and over a year in the past but today when he reached out to apply for another position he was told that the representative personally refused to place him anywhere. Tracy was rude in the past and was rude today and though it does not appear to be company policy to refuse all assignments due to one failed placement Tracy says that she personally will not allow my husband to apply for any positions through "her" branch. This is disgustingly unprofessional, petty, and spiteful. We even found out that she marked his file in an attempt to discourage other branches from hiring him, though another branch did remove it for him and commented on how it was not company policy to do this. My husband has worked for many temp services and has never been treated this way. I have contacted corporate Kelly Services and we will be persuing this matter until it is fairly and justly resolved.

Very a nice people, this agency make it so hard for you to work for them like they are TV he only agency on earth!! And some times it happens they don't pay people equally!!

David called me last tuesday. Now i was otw to orientation. 4 ANOTHER JOB and cancelled my orientation. HUGE MISTAKE. first he asked do i hqve steal toe shoes and can i start on friday safety training class. I told him yes. I came i to orientation and was told class wont start on Friday but Monday. Sunday nite i get a phone call saying my drug screening did not come bc and i cant start on Monday. She said possibly ill start the following friday. I call them on Tues. To find out about drug screening not only did David get fired but i passed my drug screening and they not sure when the next training class will be. This place waisted 2 whole weeks of my life waiting on drug test and a class that never started. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME. THEY R SO UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT ON THE SAME PAGE ABOUT STARTING DATES. GET THE DATES B4 U GET THE PEOPLE

Don't waste your time. Submitted a profile got a call right away. Did general update, and now nothing three emails sent for updates. Only request was how much you looking to make. Gave answer and back to the black whole which was three months ago. My time is just as important as Kelly Services time.

Just like many reviews here, please don't waste your time in applying for any position they have avaible. This is by far the worst staffing agency I have worked for but also they have manipulated and lie to the temps and recruiters.

Had a wonderful experience with Ms. Marie Nance - Account Manager. Having previously worked in the staffing industry myself (yes, many moons ago), speaking with Marie was a "breath of fresh air."
