⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔If you like a disgusting dirty filthy dine in or take out experience you've come to the right understaffed, uncleaned and unsanitized Popeyes (undercooked) Fried Chicken establishment that Northern Montgomery County Maryland has to offer. NEVER AGAIN! WILL I PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT I kid you, not I will let the pictures talk for themselves (PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO PERUSE THEM) this is just what's on the surface and it is very brief. After waiting 10 minutes and watching the fry cook be let go for the evening presumably, our food came out (it was undercooked) the coleslaw was room temperature and then got put on top of hot chicken when bagged to go by the manager. The other staff is very kind, you can tell they're overworked understaffed and paid a pittance, they do their best. The micro-manager is always Hawking around them and the cashregisters but if and when you need to talk to her she retreats to the back and becomes unaccessible. Upon inquiring I was informed that neither the Male nor Female Restrooms were not in service. My follow up question as to why neither restroom was available was met with a look of perplexity, complimented by a shrug of frustration. Hope this helps! ⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔

The food is always good at this location and the staff is very attentive. You can always count on getting fresh and hot food here. I cannot recall once getting old leftover food. My experience is always been good I recommend stopping by this location if you're looking for that Popeye's Chicken! Today I got the two can dine that contained a five pieces of chicken with two sides and two biscuits.

No drive thru. Only two (overworked and harried) counter employees. The entire crew were scurrying at top speed, but orders were very slow. I stood there well over 10m. I saw plenty of chicken ready, just not enough employees to meet demand. The food was same as evey other Popeyes, and the only UP was all counter staff that I saw were bilingual. I'm not, but it's good to see the accommodation.

There is always an issue at this Popeyes that could be solved very easily. One, the employees are unfriendly and have a feeling that everyone that comes in is bothering them. Two, there is always a homeless issue surrounding this Popeyes. I have been harassed many times by them walking into the store and asking for things or bothering people outside of it. Three, how can I order a combo meal such as the chicken sandwich and a fry and not get a single sauce and when I ask for one, then say I have to pay for it. I could go into chick fila and order a single fry and they will give me two and no lip. All of these could be changed with simple steps and it is crazy that you see establishments such as chick fila have such a good reputation with the best service and every single Popeyes I have ever been to in the DMV area has been bad!

Very impressed, although it's not listed anymore they still have fried fish. The crew member was very helpful getting that ordered for me to enjoy.

This is one of the worst Popeyes I have been before. Starting because the employees don’t seem to like working there. There is not a friendly service here. The employees are very rude starting with the males. They don’t treat customers with gratitude, not even a good afternoon or good evening. Buddy if you don’t like your job you should quit because you’re the face of the restaurant. Employees are always yelling each other. Also, I asked for spicy chicken, as soon I start eating I noticed you guys gave me plain chicken. You just ruin my night, I hope you all get fired ! To the owner of this restaurant: You really want to make some changes with your employees because you are losing a lot of customers, not because of your food, it is because they are terrible employees!

I bought a family deal and when I asked for sauce they said you have to pay for each sauce. Not even one complimentary sauce was given. I have never been to a Popeyes that doesn't offer free sauce. What world are we living in now 😅😭

This Popeyes did not disappoint like the other 2 Popeyes I went to that actually served me the chicken sandwich! Line wasnt too long and they didnt skip out on the ingredients! The other 2 Popeyes I want to mention so badly... Didnt have the pickle AND I didnt know there was also a sauce on it. Was it Mayonaise? Idk... but the Sandwich did taste much better now that Olney didnt cheap me! Good thing my friends told me to come to the Olney Popeyes instead! The sandwich hype is certainly unnecessary but it is good served correctly.
