My Niece gave him monies to buy a vehicle from this business/owner! Out of 1500.00 she's paid to him after she didn't buy the vehicle and he was suppose to/promise to return her monies! To date, he has paid her only 400.00! Not good business practice! Not very trustworthy! It takes a long time to establish trust nowadays! Why would this business put his business in an unfavorable light! I am praying he will do the right thing! And immediately! Took my 2015 Silverado to them after hitting a deer and they did a FANTASTIC JOB! My trucks looks like nothing ever happened. My truck has a Pearl White paint, which is very hard to match and they did an excellent job, you cant even tell what was painted. Had a minor issue with my head lights and they took care of it no questions asked and even replaced my upgraded bulbs that I had purchased. I was singing high praises of this place until they charged me $500 for an O2 sensor. That's a $120 job at most, not an honest price and therefore, not an honest shop. Will no longer be taking my cars here. EDIT: they replied to me and had the audacity to tell me doing it myself would cost $200. To clear the air, the O2 sensor for an '05 Honda Civic is $30 and takes 10 minutes to install. The only way they could charge me $500 would be if they ordered the part online and charged me for every hour it took the mailman to deliver it to their shop. ~Morgan
