Best tire shop in High Point, North Carolina (NC) 2024

I was singing high praises of this place until they charged me $500 for an O2 sensor. That's a $120 job at most, not an honest price and therefore, not an honest shop. Will no longer be taking my cars here. EDIT: they replied to me and had the audacity to tell me doing it myself would cost $200. To clear the air, the O2 sensor for an '05 Honda Civic is $30 and takes 10 minutes to install. The only way they could charge me $500 would be if they ordered the part online and charged me for every hour it took the mailman to deliver it to their shop. ~Morgan

I would recommend this place to anyone! Mr. Foster is such a genuine and kind person, who cares about the people in the community. He did not know me from a can of paint. My car had a flat tire. He took care of my flat and didn't charge me at all! I was in and out in no time! I was able to drive my car home the same day. The kind gesture went a long way for me and speaks volumes to the character of Foster's Automotive. I even tried to give him a tip and he would not take it. I can see why he has so many positive reviews and business. He's not the type of person that's only concerned about taking people's money. From the moment I walked in Brad took away my fears from past experiences from other shops that were to say the least, unpleasant. Brad makes me feel like I am the only person in the store. He is so attentive to my needs. From the time I drop my vehicle off, to the time I pick it up, Brad keeps me updated on the progress of my service. He explains the repair process in simple terms that even I can understand. The customer lounge is always clean. Complimentary coffee bar and wifi are a plus. Clean restroom.
