If I could give this place a -5 I would. Went to this lovely crooked establishment and ask for a tire alignment and for them to diagnose a problem. Father-in-law dropped off the car and picked up the car for us because we were at work. When we were charged for the alignment we were charged for three times the amount it was supposed to be. Was supposed to be a little over $100 and was charged almost $450. Questioned them about it and said that the problem they were supposed to diagnose they went ahead and fixed. They charged us for fixing it even though we ask them not to repair it just to diagnose what was wrong with it. There was no apology or anything of that sort. The only solution they had for us is that they would still charge us for the labor of fixing it but we could bring the vehicle back up to their shop and they could put the old part back on. Therefore we were still going to have to pay for labor on something we never ask them to repair. I would not go there unless you want to be cheated out of money. Father-in-law was unaware of what we were having done and was not told how much it was be before they rang him out.. Don’t ever go to this business unless you want to be lied to cheated and talk to and treated like a dog. Service: Wheel alignment
