Beyond the fact that this is my favorite store in the mall, I never leave in discontent because all the employees are always friendly and carry themselves with a positive attitude I want to thank one employee in particular by the name of Nico because not only was he friendly but if you don’t find a certain fragrance he’ll definitely do his best to find the closest thing to it. Thank you all but next stop me at 6 items please. 😂😂😂

I went to find a specific perfume but they sadly didn't have it but I did find another perfume that smelled very nice

I LOVE Bath & Body works, to be honest it was my first time going into the mall since covid but everything was a great experience and they have the BEST informed staff & so friendly, very compassionate as I'm disabled. Fantastic body spray perfumes I went crazy $ just love their products! This mall is VERY clean, kid and elderly friendly and lots of handicapped parking.

It is very annoying and inconvenient that they close whenever they want. Went at 7:35 and they were not letting anyone in anymore even though it says they close at 8pm. To bad because I was going to make a good size purchase buying gifts for all the moms at work, 16 of them.

Friendly staff ready to assist with your shopping needs. Establishment is located inside the mall a short distance from Sears. As a typical BBW there is always some sort of product sale , which is helpful when in need to purchase multiple items. Store is fresh and airy and layout aids the shopping experience. I truly enjoyed the background music, at just the right volume to fill the air but not to loud to block out a quiet conversation. Floor and other display areas are in need of a good cleaning. Priced reasonably for the area.
