I had an amazing experience today when I went to AutoZone. I went in to get windshield wipers, and I had no idea what type of wipers I needed, the size, or the type of engine I had. If you are paying attention, you can see I am not car savvy AT ALL! Ms. Jackie was truly a God send. She went above and beyond by coming to remove the old wipers, pulling up my car information to tell me the size I needed, and helping me choose the correct wipers. She also showed me how to properly open the hood of my car and check for wiper fluid. I normally go to Jiffy Lube or another one of those places, but I believe I was led to Auto Zone, led to Ms. Jackie. Outside of her extensive knowledge, she had a beautiful personality and was patient with me when I couldn't answer a single one of her questions. Ms. Jackie, if you see this, THANK YOU SO MUCH!
