Broke my tire sensors. Promised several times to notify manager, nothing was done. They also lost my my windshield wiper fluid cap. No longer a satisfied customer.

When done checking my lights they turned them off and not back to automatic where they were set. Listed my car as having moderate leaks when there are no leaks in my car. Took more than 25 minutes for an oil change only once my car was in the bay. Had roughly 6 employees standing around BSing when the could have assisted with my car. Pretty inefficient. Also with the details they goofed on above makes one wonder what else was missed or misdiagnosed as well. Service: Oil change

Prompt and courteous service. I needed a quick oil change, tire rotation and smog while I am in town visiting my Aunt and Grandma. They were able to get me in immediately and had it all wrapped up in record time. I had 3 of my sons with me and I was worried they would get antsy or bored in the lobby but with the TV going and the outside patio area to keep them occupied I thankfully avoided the usual whining and complaints. I appreciate the staff and their dedication to providing excellent service. It is a bit on the pricey side so if you're looking for something cheap this is not the place but if you can work it into your budget it is definitely worth it!

I’ve mostly talked with Alejandra and she’s wonderful, definitely my fav employee! but everyone has always been nice and informative. Personally I feel jiffy lubes can be a hit or miss in overall experience and I’m sure many might agree but the crew at this specific location really make it stand out. They work very hard and I highly recommend them!

I boughty my own oil and filter and it still cost $70 for an oil change. The signature service used to include vacuuming the inside but they don't do that now due to "COVID concerns" -but they still get in your car without a mask to move it. Not the best value. Service: Oil change

Very nice looking business. Very welcoming. I didn’t expect the price though. I agreed to the price of the oil change, but I just can’t believe how much higher it is now. I guess the pandemic didn’t help. But the price of the filters seemed very high. Since my husband is disabled and can no longer use his hands, we agreed to have the filters changed, I don’t hold this against Jiffy lube. Like all businesses, the cost to buy and receive the parts have gone up tremendously over the last couple years. It took a huge bite out of our finances, which are low for two disabled persons who only receive Social Security income. Thank you for the service you gave me.
