This particular big brand location has been my go to for all my tire and suspension needs. Ethan at the front desk is professional and gives you a truthful sense that he cares about experience and that he wants to help you the best way he can. I have bought 3 sets of tires here, two lift kits, and even send my grandmother here because they always take good care of me. Because of the great work that’s always been for me here at a reasonable price, big brand tire will always be my tire store no matter where I live. ~Not

That was super convenient! I dropped off my vehicle and was told it would be about an hour wait, so I took the time to walk to some nearby shops. After exactly an hour I was out the door ready to go! The two gentleman at the front desk were extremely friendly, helpful, and thanked me a couple times for choosing Pep Boys! I was also offered Military Discount, though they had a better coupon for my oil change that I used. The prices are very competitive with the surrounding shops, Pep Boys is some of the best priced services around! I highly recommend this Pep Boys for great service and prices all around. ~S

Got an appointment for the next day for oil change, tires, brakes and alignment. Way better pricing than dealership! Dealt with Brandon who had excellent customer service and kept me updated throughout the process. I will definitely go back in the future. ~Tanja

Prompt and courteous service. I needed a quick oil change, tire rotation and smog while I am in town visiting my Aunt and Grandma. They were able to get me in immediately and had it all wrapped up in record time. I had 3 of my sons with me and I was worried they would get antsy or bored in the lobby but with the TV going and the outside patio area to keep them occupied I thankfully avoided the usual whining and complaints. I appreciate the staff and their dedication to providing excellent service. It is a bit on the pricey side so if you're looking for something cheap this is not the place but if you can work it into your budget it is definitely worth it! ~Renee
