Arrival waited 10 minutes for someone to help, then gentleman just took my name and key for work order for oil change said come back hour and a half. Retuned from eating gentleman had key and uncompleted work order on desk, he was talking to another worker than another came in looked at work order than stated the first clerk will help you the got on the other computer console. Then 1st clerk was going to help answering the phone with someone else, well other man came from the back again looking at the order and key stating clerk on phone will help, other clerk scanning computer console, meanwhile 35 minutes passed. Clerk charged me gave recipe and no copy of work order or inspection. Oil light was off. Had to get on the road for a 5 hour drive, wondering if they did oil change or just reset the oil light, not even a sticker on the window for the next change due. If they didn't want to be there, should of stood in. Next time I go to Santa Maria will go to jiffy lube.

That was super convenient! I dropped off my vehicle and was told it would be about an hour wait, so I took the time to walk to some nearby shops. After exactly an hour I was out the door ready to go! The two gentleman at the front desk were extremely friendly, helpful, and thanked me a couple times for choosing Pep Boys! I was also offered Military Discount, though they had a better coupon for my oil change that I used. The prices are very competitive with the surrounding shops, Pep Boys is some of the best priced services around! I highly recommend this Pep Boys for great service and prices all around.

One of the best places in town for service. I call and spoke with Nick Martinez (Service Manager) about getting a few services done on my truck. He quoted me a excellent price but, I need it done that same day. Nick had told me he had a few jobs lined up, it would possibly not be ready until the next day. So I dropped off the truck at about noon, and Nick and the Tech. Kevin moved mountains to get my truck out the same day. Surely enough they kept there word and had it to me before they closed shop. Overall a excellent job. The car was clean and sanitized. Friendly and amazing work, ask for Nick next time you need work done on your car.

I came in for tires on my truck because they were wearing too fast. Thomas Childers was the employee that took care of my needs. I felt like I was in good hands and was treated very courteously.
