First time attempting to use this shop. I have an extended warranty on my vehicle but I am responsible for paying for the diagnosis fee. Once the shop realized this, they tried to price gouge me with a $280 diagnosis fee. They wanted that fee up front. I recently had work done at a dealer service department and was only charged $50 diagnosis fee. Stay away or beware, they will try to take advantage of you.
