Very impressed went there four months ago bought a brand new pair of Wolverine boots notices weekend they were coming apart on the soul went back told the guy what happened and he gave me a brand new pair of Ariat boots all I had to do was pay the difference very happy with working performance recommend that anybody

My husband was measured for boots and told he measured at a size smaller than he normally wears, the salesman assured him the measurement was correct and sold him a $250 pair of boots, my husband attempted to return the boots two days later because they were severely bothering his feet, he was told by the store that there was nothing that they could (no exchange, nothing!) and basically, oh well. So now we are out $250 and still need a pair of boots. We will never purchase from this store again. The customer service here is a joke.

The best place in the Richmond VA area to buy work boots. Just wish they would build a store in the Fredericksburg VA area. Great prices for what you get.

Ofcourse the items it's great we all know about Carhartt products but the service by those two rude guys, wow they just standing up looking at you where you're walking and be careful if you touch something. I prefer to go to a different Work Zone

Nice selection of Carhart and Ariat clothing, boots, socks, hats, and basic safety clothing. Would be nice to see more hi-vis clothing and Carhart boots.

Very knowledgeable salespeople here. Love the selection. Took something back that didn't fit and they gave me no issues whatsoever. My only complaint is I wish one night per week they would stay open late. Say 8 pm . I know they are open on Saturday but my Saturdays are full allot. Plus I live about 45 minutes away. I come by this place coming home from work but they close at 6 pm . really hard to get there before closing. Other than that it's a great place for working people.

Got a pair of timberlands here 2 years ago an its nice to buy a pair of boots that the soles are the only worn part ! If you want a boot that’ll last check em out they have a large selection too not just timberlands

Great place to go for work clothes and shoes. Staff was very professional and personal in their assistance in finding what I was looking for during my visit. I'll shop there again in the future.

Been buying my work gear from WZ several years now. Safety vests, hardhat liners, gloves, and boots. Sure, you can save a buck or two buying online, but trying the stuff on ensures max comfort on the job site. Several years ago on a cold winter day I needed lightweight, durable, comfy, grippy, warm, waterproof boots and cheap. (Well $75 cheap.) Dude showed me the clearance rack and had a customer for life. This RedWing wearer was instantly converted to a Wolverine fan. Since then I've bought Carolinas, Rockys and more Wolverines in styles ranging from waterproof safety toe hikers to sure enough rugged 1200 gram thinsulated. Today I needed coverall bibs and Work Zone was my first thought.
