My husband was measured for boots and told he measured at a size smaller than he normally wears, the salesman assured him the measurement was correct and sold him a $250 pair of boots, my husband attempted to return the boots two days later because they were severely bothering his feet, he was told by the store that there was nothing that they could (no exchange, nothing!) and basically, oh well. So now we are out $250 and still need a pair of boots. We will never purchase from this store again. The customer service here is a joke. ~Jessica

I absolutely love the customer service at this Prince George location. The property manager, Lorraine, is wonderful to work with. She goes out of way to assist and support the customers with concerns they have regarding the services they provide. I love her geniune personality and her sense of humor. Please do not give Ms. Lorraine a hard time as she only carries out her job duties that are required of her. Every time I go to Radioactive, I’m met with a warm welcome and great service. The staff will help you even if the products weren’t purchased at their shop. I went in one time to get help with syncing my Bluetooth and wasn’t charged. The prices are very fair as well. Highly recommended! ~Annissa

I get the majority of my gas here due to being the lowest priced around in PG. However the associates are usually complaining about being overworked. ~Sonnet

Went to Lowe's this morning to price options for a culvert type drainage system. While looking at corrugated piping, John from Lawn & Garden asked if was finding everything okay. I explained the purpose for drainage and my 'vision' for accomplishing my project, he offered ideas I hadn't thought of. He walked me around to Plumbing and showed me ideas that were much less that what I was originally looking at and even had optional extras to make my project simpler, quicker, better looking, and most importantly, for more than half the price of the items I was looking at originally. To know that John represents Lowe's culture of not pushing customers to higher price point options but rather those that we can do ourselves with ease and great results. Very unprofessional environment. The owner is very loud and obnoxious, she has no regards for patrons in the salon. The young lady that does eyebrows and lashes cusses entirely to much for a salon environment and so does her clients, they have no respect for the older clients and children in the salon. My heart goes out to the other stylists and their clients that has to endure this type of verbal abuse. I've visited this salon on 3 occasions and will not return because of the unprofessionalism of the owner, although my wonderful services were rendered by two other stylists in the salon.
