Went to Lowe's this morning to price options for a culvert type drainage system. While looking at corrugated piping, John from Lawn & Garden asked if was finding everything okay. I explained the purpose for drainage and my 'vision' for accomplishing my project, he offered ideas I hadn't thought of. He walked me around to Plumbing and showed me ideas that were much less that what I was originally looking at and even had optional extras to make my project simpler, quicker, better looking, and most importantly, for more than half the price of the items I was looking at originally. To know that John represents Lowe's culture of not pushing customers to higher price point options but rather those that we can do ourselves with ease and great results.
