Every time I go to Radioactive, I’m met with a warm welcome and great service. The staff will help you even if the products weren’t purchased at their shop. I went in one time to get help with syncing my Bluetooth and wasn’t charged. The prices are very fair as well. Highly recommended!

We had a custom box made, with 2 Subs installed. They did a fantastic job and was able to install it very quickly!!! Everyone there was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!!! I will def be back and I recommend Radio Active 100 percent!!!

I had an incredible experience with the guys at Radioactive. I purchased a Pioneer unit online because the chip shortage made it impossible to source directly from the shop. The guys at Radioactive installed it beautifully - the thing looks 100% stock. However, this is only a small reason for my 5 star (would be 6 if Google would allow it) review. I expressed an interest in buying some speakers to upgrade the sound and while it would have been an easy sale, they suggested that I try the new head unit for a bit first. They said the sound would be much improved because of the additional power and that if I still wanted more after a few weeks I should come back. I was so impressed that they passed up an easy sale in favor of putting the customer first. Absolutely first rate service and people. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This is only based on my initial visit to choose system, will followup after install... Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Philip was extremely honest about what I needed and what I did not need. Picked out a unit and scheduled install a few days from now. So far so good!

Didn't get a chance for experience, I had a appt coming up but I wanted to make sure my door speakers & cages were mounted on my door panels ok. So they said we just was going to put them in the door behind the panels without the cages and they said we can't do that. I'm the customer.. Long story Howe car stereo got the job for me. Dam what can y'all do!

Had the guys down at Radio Active install a mono amp and 8” woofer with custom porter box in our 2016 Escalade and couldn’t be happier with the fit/finish and overall results. Very knowledgeable crew that listened to what we wanted and delivered more than expected. Would highly recommend these guys and already booking an appointment to get my F-150 in there!

I’d give these guys 10 stars if it were an option. I’d been sitting on some all power tow mirrors (Defrost, power adjustment, turn signals, and back up lights) I’ve wanted to install on my Silverado 2500HD for every bit of 6 months now and everybody I talked to, Chevy Dealers included, had been giving me the run around. These fine gentlemen had me bring em in, took one look and said no problem. Perfect installation. 🙌🏼 friggin MINT boys 👌🏼 lol... all functions work perfectly, they look great, totally reasonable price, and even went the extra mile to fix a hyper flash in my rear passenger turn signal I’d been procrastinating fixing for a month or so now. Couldn’t be happier. Fantastic customer service and extremely professional work!! Bravo 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 definitely recommend this shop for ANYTHING electrical what so ever!
