Best van rental agency in Pompano Beach, Florida (FL) 2024

We declined insurance coverage when renting a U-Haul and we were billed for it. We tried calling numerous times with no answer. Finally spoke to someone but the original clerk is out for a week and no adjustment can be made. I'm filing a dispute with my cc. ~Jeff

I recently had a wonderful experience at this Enterprise location. I came in on a Saturday to pick up my reserved premium vehicle. Alex was super helpful and explained everything in detail. That particular morning started out ruff for him because some snobby folks had walked in and wanted prompt service as if they were high priority over everyone else that was there before them. Although Alex was annoyed, he remained professional and poised. What a role model for customer service! I would highly recommend this location for car rentals as my experience was smooth without any issues. ~Shannon
