Ivan at Enterprise Powerline Rd pushed me to get there in 45 minutes or lose my car reservation while I was waiting for the tow truck to come to my house. I had a short window of time and Ubered there only to wait 45 minutes for the car. Missed the tow truck. Thanks Ivan

I recently had a wonderful experience at this Enterprise location. I came in on a Saturday to pick up my reserved premium vehicle. Alex was super helpful and explained everything in detail. That particular morning started out ruff for him because some snobby folks had walked in and wanted prompt service as if they were high priority over everyone else that was there before them. Although Alex was annoyed, he remained professional and poised. What a role model for customer service! I would highly recommend this location for car rentals as my experience was smooth without any issues.

Quickly for me into the Vehicle reserved. However, once I picked up my girlfriend I discovered that the vehicle smells like a chimney (I can't smell things well) and she had a bad reaction as she is allergic to smoke. I also noticed damage on the door that looks like someone tried to force entry to the vehicle... it is not noticeable on walk-around. I called the number on the contract and spoke to an agent that said the "Regional Manager" would be contacting me to switch out the vehicle. I guess I was fed a line and there was NO call from a regional manager.

Beware of going to this location! Initially I was very pleased with my experience but then I realized that one of the employees stole my debit card and not only that but the payment information that I had on file to pay for the car was used to purchase asian massage services in Clearwater FL the day after I brought my car back. These people will take your personal financial information and charge your account fraudulently. DO NOT GO HERE. NO STARS!

Awesome and helpful staff. Have been renting car for past 4 weekends and the staff has been very supportive and courteous, especially Justin. They are also knowledgeable about the cars. The last time I parked a Kia Soul and would not have the ignition turned on, I called enterprise and they were able to look up the car I have and help me with the trick to get the car started and unlock the wheel and ignition. Highly recommend. Look forward to our future visits.

We struggled to find a car during our stay. We spoke with Jackie and received above and beyond service. She was able to get us a car on short notice after the previous company we booked with had no car available. Jackie even stayed past closing time to ensure we had a vehicle. I would highly recommend this location and Jackie to anyone looking for an affordable car.

They took 30 minutes to find me a car for a rental made the week before. The car was FILTHY inside. When i pointed that out. The first response was that the dirt must be too small for their vacuum. After I pressed it further I was told the car was an upgrade. Then they finally offered a swap out. I left. I called back and asked to speak to a district manager. I never got a call back until THREE WEEKS LATER after I complained on a corp level
