I am very impressed by new staff! I had great service from Heather, she was awesome! I've been coming here for 1 yr and had been very disappointed with my past experiences. She was wonderful to my little one as we came to repair her broken glasses. The customer service has improved drastically! She was very attentive and quick . Great customer service!

My family and I went in to get our glasses adjusted recently at America’s Best, and were greeted by one of their associates Heather who from the start met us with a smile, she told us about all of our options, it didn’t feel like a sales pitch, it felt like she genuinely cared about meeting each our needs. She was great, and the store was great, we will be returning and telling all of our friends! Thank you, Heather!!!

I went in today for New Glasses & my FREE Eye Exam. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff. The process was quick and they ensured to answer all my questions and concerns. As I got to picking my glasses I was approached by one of the best associates I have ever encountered! Cristina helped me pick out the perfect frame and lenses for me, she analyzed my features and chose a pair that I would usually would over see and normally wouldn’t go for. She found the perfect glasses for me, again they weren’t my regular go to ALL Black glasses. The glasses she picked gave me a comfortable and confident pop to fit my face and enhance my features. She even reviewed & discussed a few plans and helped stay within my budget, and helped me really understand my package and plans throughly, until the very end. Josh also joined to helped provide an even more positive experience! He introduced himself and explained furthermore into my package. He was very patient and very friendly with a very positive & friendly attitude. I kept telling them both this was by far one of the BEST experiences I’ve had than ANY other location!! I couldn’t express that enough!! I was so happy with my visit!! This definitely did not feel like any ordinary visit. Most of the time, in the past… it felt very rushed and there wasn’t much talking, I didn’t feel as comfortable or confident in my choices or plans. I felt it was more come in take your exam, pick out glasses, and pay and your out the door. But this visit they actually greeted me respectfully, made me feel absolutely comfortable and confident, they tried to help find the perfect frames and lenses for me, they asked what my budget was, any issues I experienced and seeking the absolute best option for the best price, they found me the best package and I actually saved a lot more money then I ever have in the past. This time the associates actually talked to me and took the time and energy to really help me until the very end. I will definitely not forget my experience at this location! This visit was absolutely AMAZING!! I was so happy with the service. I recommended it to my fiancé and close friends and family and even a few of my coworkers!! Honestly I can’t wait to go back! I hope next year when I come in for my next exam, I hope this two associates are still at this location because I don’t think I’ll ever forget them! If you come in, I highly recommend getting help by either Cristina or Josh! Definitely 10/10 experience !!

So kind and explained everything. I am so happy to be able to read again. Chose progressive lenses and they are AMAZING! Doctor was informed and informative. Pay the $15 for eye images because they show you and explain everything they see and how it might impact you in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Alex and Angel. This place has terrible reviews but I love the experience we had. Both my kids were seen and taken care of well. They had some amazing people and their service was great! I recommend them highly and I think everyone should give them a try.

AMAZING!!! Josh was tremendous help throughout our entire process. He made our appts, helped with our insurance and answered all the questions we had about frames, add ons and cost. James was also so helpful in finding me the right shape and size frame. One of the best eyeglass purchasing experiences I've ever had!

The service is great and fast. I was helped by Josh and soon as I entered the door, he greeted me with a great smile. I was pretty early, surprisingly, i didn't had to wait for that long. I was seen by Dr. Martinez and he was friendly and answered all my queries. He also ordered me two set of Acuve sample lenses for free, since they did not have it in hand (no one has done that to me before). I was helped by Josh again(lucky me). I had issues with insurance but he figured out. He was brutally honest(great quality) about what kind of glasses that I should be choosing, as my prescription is pretty high and how to take full advantage of insurance. Me being me, I took forever. But he was just calm and composed, not only that he even shared some personal story with me in span of 30minutes(thank you). All the associates were very helpful and friendly. I couldn't have ask for more. Thank You

The place was very organized and really speedy when seeing patients even when you are new. No insurance visits are 50. Dollars for just an exam. The staff seemed great and knowledgeable. Plus you can get your glasses there
