Table service was them yelling my name out. Because my order didn't have the right drinks, I asked if it really was my order. They asked, "is your name John?" as if it isn't one of the most common names in the world. I mean, I know it sucks working in fast food and that is why I go out of my way to be nice. What a dumb question. If the name was Jamaraqoui I could get behind you asking that. John is one of the most common names.on the planet if you account for localization (Juan, Ivan, etc). Do better.

Took about 15 mins to get food in drive through but then again most McDs take 15 to 20 mins nowadays. So much for pioneering FAST-food...

Tried to buy breakfast in the store. I was the only person in line and their self service registers were down. Nobody came to the register so I left after waiting for about five minutes. Didn't seem like they were serving customers inside.

Okay so I went to this McDonalds 08/31/22 and I am not exaggerating. They close at 11pm I got there at 10:10pm…. It took 30 minutes to even place my order there was so many cars waiting and waiting. I pull up to the window and it seemed as if everything was shut down they decided to close a little early this night, didn’t want to finish there shift. I was able to place my order but I ended up just driving away. I have never experienced something this bad ever, someone needs to reevaluate there employees. That was the worse service I have ever received and they closed the other drive thru as well. I’ve never even been to this place, and ill never go back.

I was kinda taken back..went through the drive thru and manager was at first window and didn't seem happy at all. Kinda rude and then pulled up 2 second window and employee was kinda rude. I understand they not thier to make friends but they had an over all unhappy appearance and demeanor.

I showed up during lunch rush and ended up having a problem with my mobile order. I went inside for assistance and they were awesome. The drive-thru was slammed and it looked like there were only a few people working in there. But I had someone address my situation, get my food, and get me on my way. It was awesome, they remained pleasant and focused and kept their composure. I'm sure they hear lots of negative things because in general people just kind of stink, so I wanted to make sure that they got some positive feedback. I appreciate them. Great job!

We were able to order our food quickly and it came quickly enough. The restrooms were clean and we were able to get in and out of there fairly quickly. Loved getting fresh hot fries and a sandwich that was made correctly.

Customer service is consistently poor at this McDonald’s. I’d often love to know why there’s a huge delay to even place an order when there’s no cars even at windows 1 or 2 because everyone is waiting forever to be spoken to. This isn’t like this at any other McDonald’s in the area except this one though.

Just your standard Golden Arches. It will be good or average depending on when you visit. My preference would be to go to the other McDonald's on Roanoke Street because it tends to be cleaner and the service is better. One tip, the parking lot behind this location is littered with large pot holes. Beware if you exit the restaurant from the rear.
