Best shipping and mailing service in Atlanta, Georgia (GA) 2024

We shipped a computer out of the country via UPS earlier this year. UPS admittedly lost the computer. We purchased insurance through UPS prior to shipping which we have tried to process ever since. UPS has yet to process the claim despite our close to 100 calls and emails! They bounce us back and forth between departments, do not return phone calls or emails, and are not fulfilling their commitment. Quite simply, they are giving us the runaround! We are FRUSTRATED beyond measure! This is not what we would expect from such a large and what we once thought to be reputable company. We are still awaiting someone at UPS to take ownership and provide resolution by honoring what we purchased. Come on, UPS! You are better than this! Can someone please help?! ~Johnson
